It is my intention to guide you to wholeness, freedom, liberation, and a state of limitless expansion through the art of embodiment.
Within my practices, I am not your teacher or healer, rather I am your guide, to the wholeness and ever-present love that is always available to you. I will guide you to discover empowerment through your embodiment and truth.
Embodiment is accepting ALL of you, and to have the inner resources to stay rooted in your felt sense of unification and truth. You will come to know that everything is a gift on your journey towards the highest good.
In this process I will assist you in nurturing your gifts, healing past traumas with loving awareness, and give life to the unique divine expression you carry. Your resilience, healing, embodiment, intuitive gifts, creative expression, wholeness and freedom will come from me holding a sacred, loving container, for you to find your way that is forged by you. You will be empowered to claim your inner truth by feeling it and processing all that you learn through your own system. You will know and witness the depths of your truths and be guided by your ever present heart that will carry you to states of expansion and infinite growth.
